HOMES SAVINGS GRANTS ACT 1976 No. 183 of 1976 - SECT 17
Making of grants.
17. Subject to this Act, the Secretary may, in his discretion, make, on behalf
of the Commonwealth, a grant of moneys in accordance with this Act in respect
of a dwelling-house to the applicant or applicants, as the case may be, for
the grant.
