HOMES SAVINGS GRANTS ACT 1976 No. 183 of 1976 - SECT 10

Construction of flat or home unit.

10. A reference in this Act to the construction of a dwelling-house, being a
dwelling-house of a kind commonly known as a flat or a home unit, shall be
read as a reference to the construction of the building containing the flat or
home unit.
