HOMES SAVINGS GRANT ACT 1975 No. 49 of 1975 - SECT 9

Eligible widowed persons. 
9. Section 14A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the words ''A
person is an eligible person'' and substituting the words ''Subject to section
14E, a person is an eligible person''.
