HEARING SERVICES ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 No. 81 of 1997 - SECT 9

The following is a simplified outline of this Part:
. Vouchers may be issued to participants in the voucher system.
. The Minister may make rules relating to vouchers. The rules are to be known
as the voucher rules.
. The Minister may determine that specified persons are participants in the
voucher system.
. The Minister may determine that specified hearing services are available to
a voucher-holder under a voucher.
