HEARING SERVICES ACT 1991 No. 169 of 1991 - SECT 80

80.(1) In spite of the repeal of the Acoustic Laboratories Act 1948, the
Acoustic Laboratories Regulations, as in force immediately before the
commencement of this Act continue in force for the period of 6 months after
that commencement, unless they are repealed sooner, as if the reference in
regulation 2 of those Regulations to the Secretary were a reference to the
Authority.

(2) The regulations made under this Act may repeal the whole or part of the
Acoustic Laboratories Regulations.
