HEARING SERVICES ACT 1991 No. 169 of 1991 - SECT 7

7.(1) An authority, to be known as Australian Hearing Services, is
established.

(2) The Authority:

   (a)  is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and

   (b)  must have a common seal; and

   (c)  may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially are to take judicial
notice of the imprint of the Authority's common seal appearing on a document
and are to presume that the document was duly sealed.
