HEARING SERVICES ACT 1991 No. 169 of 1991 - SECT 69

69. The Minister may, by signed instrument, delegate all or any of the powers
of the Minister under sections 67, 72, 73, 74, 75 and 76 to:

   (a)  the person holding or performing the duties of the office of Secretary
        to the Department; or

   (b)  a person holding or performing the duties of a Senior Executive
        Service office in the Department or the Authority; or

   (c)  the General Manager.
