HEARING SERVICES ACT 1991 No. 169 of 1991 - SECT 59
Modification of Division 2 of Part XI of the Audit Act
59.(1) Section 63E of the Audit Act 1901 does not apply to trust money.
(2) In its annual report under Division 2 of Part XI of the Audit Act 1901,
the Authority must include an evaluation of its overall performance compared
with the financial targets and performance information for the year.
