HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACT 1981 No. 24 of 1981 - SECT 6

6. (1) There is established by this Act a Commission by the name of the
Human Rights Commission.

(2) The Commission -

   (a)  is a body corporate, with perpetual succession;

   (b)  shall have a seal;

   (c)  may acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property; and

   (d)  may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially shall take judicial
notice of the seal of the Commission affixed to a document and shall presume
that it was duly affixed.
