HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACT 1981 No. 24 of 1981 - SECT 36

36. (1) This Act, unless sooner repealed, shall cease to be in force at the
expiration of 5 years after the date of commencement of this Act.

(2) For the purposes of section 8 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, when
this Act ceases to be in force by virtue of sub-section (1), it shall
thereupon be deemed to have been repealed by an Act other than this Act.
