HORTICULTURAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 166 of 1987 - SECT 9

9. (1) Without limiting the generality of subsection 7 (1), the Corporation
may enter into an agreement with a person for the carrying out of a
horticultural research and development project by the Corporation and the
person.

(2) Without limiting the matters that may be included in the agreement, the
agreement shall specify:

   (a)  the objectives of the project;

   (b)  the expected duration of the project;

   (c)  the nature and extent of the contribution to be made by the
        Corporation towards the project; and

   (d)  the basis for the distribution of profits and other benefits derived
        from the project.
