HORTICULTURAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 166 of 1987 - SECT 63

63. Where the Minister considers the information contained in the statement
accompanying a nomination by the Selection Committee to be inadequate, the
Minister may, by notice in writing given to the Chairperson of the Selection
Committee, request the Selection Committee, within the period specified in the
notice, to provide the Minister with further specified information in relation
to the person.
