HORTICULTURAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 166 of 1987 - SECT 60

Minister may request nomination from Selection Committee

60. The Minister may, by notice in writing given to the Chairperson of the
Selection Committee, request the Selection Committee to nominate to the
Minister, within the period specified in the notice, a person for appointment
as a nominated member of the Corporation.
