HORTICULTURAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 166 of 1987 - SECT 39
Disclosure of interests
39. The Executive Director shall give written notice to the Chairperson of the
Corporation of all direct or indirect pecuniary interests that the
Executive Director has or acquires in any business or in any body corporate
carrying on any business.
