HORTICULTURAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 166 of 1987 - SECT 34

Term of appointment etc. 
34. (1) The Executive Director:

   (a)  shall be appointed with effect from the day specified in the
        instrument of appointment; and

   (b)  holds office during the Corporation's pleasure.

(2) The Executive Director ceases to hold office on attaining 65 years of age.
