HORTICULTURAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 166 of 1987 - SECT 32

Duties 
32. (1) The Executive Director shall conduct the affairs of the Corporation.

(2) The Executive Director shall act in accordance with any policies
determined by, and any directions given by, the Corporation.

(3) All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Corporation
by the Executive Director shall be deemed to have been done by the
Corporation.
