HORTICULTURAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 166 of 1987 - SECT 28

Corporation to comply with plan and programs

28. To the extent that it is practicable to do so, the Corporation shall
ensure that the performance of its functions, and the exercise of its powers,
is consistent with, and designed to give effect to, the research and
development plan and the applicable research and development program.
