Short title.
HOMELESS PERSONS ASSISTANCE ACT 1974
No. 148 of 1974 An Act to provide for Payments by Australia in respect of the
Provision of Assistance for Homeless Persons and for certain other Persons.
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, the Senate and the House of Representatives of
Australia, as follows:-
1. This Act may be cited as the Homeless Persons Assistance Act 1974.*
