HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES (QUORUM) ACT 1989 No. 42 of 1989 - SECT 3

3. The presence of at least one-fifth of the whole number of the members of
the House of Representatives is necessary to constitute a meeting of the House
for the exercise of its powers.
