HONEY MARKETING ACT 1988 No. 33 of 1988 - SECT 9

9. (1) The Board may, for the purpose of considering any matter, or obtaining
information or advice, relating to the performance of its functions, make
arrangements for consulting persons and bodies representative of different
sections of the honey industry.

(2) The arrangements may provide for:

   (a)  the Board's agreeing to meet travel expenses reasonably incurred by a
        person in connection with consultations with the Board; and

   (b)  subject to written guidelines given to the Board by the Minister, the
        Board's agreeing to meet expenses (other than travel expenses)
        reasonably incurred by the producers' organisation or the packers'
        organisation, or by a member of the producers' organisation or the
        packers' organisation, in connection with consultations with the
        Board.
