this Act during the financial year that ended on that day, together with
financial statements for that year in such form as the Minister for Finance

(2) Without limiting the generality of the matters to be included in an
annual report, an annual report in respect of a financial year commencing
after 30 June 1989 shall include:

and the state of the affairs of the Board;
(c) whether, in the auditor's opinion, the receipt, expenditure and
investment of moneys, and the acquisition and disposal of assets, by
the Board during the year have been in accordance with this Act; and
(d) as to such other matters arising out of the statements as the auditor
considers should be reported to the Minister.
