49. Neither this Part (other than subsection 38 (3)) nor any regulations made
for the purposes of section 47 affects the operation of the Customs Act 1901 ,
the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905 or the Export Control Act  1982 ,
or of regulations made under any of those Acts.
