HONEY MARKETING ACT 1988 No. 33 of 1988 - SECT 4

4. (1) The body corporate that was, immediately before the commencement of
this section, in existence under section 6 of the repealed Act, with the name
Australian Honey Board, continues in existence by force of this subsection as
a body corporate with the same name.

(2) The Board:

   (a)  is a body corporate with perpetual succession;

   (b)  shall have a common seal;

   (c)  may acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property; and

   (d)  may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially shall take judicial
notice of the imprint of the seal of the Board appearing on a document and
shall presume that the document was duly sealed.
