HONEY MARKETING ACT 1988 No. 33 of 1988 - SECT 29

29. (1) Where:

   (a)  a Committee member has a direct or indirect interest in a matter being
        considered, or about to be considered, by the Selection Committee,
        whether at a meeting of the Selection Committee or in accordance with
        section 33; and

   (b)  the interest could conflict with the proper performance of the
        Committee member's duties in relation to the consideration of the
        matter; the Committee member shall, as soon as practicable after the
        relevant facts have come to the Committee member's knowledge, disclose
        the nature of the interest at a meeting of the Selection Committee.

(2) A disclosure under subsection (1) shall be recorded in the Selection
Committee's minutes.
