HONEY MARKETING ACT 1988 No. 33 of 1988 - SECT 19

19. (1) The Minister may terminate a member's appointment for misbehaviour or
for physical or mental incapacity.

(2) If a member:

   (a)  becomes bankrupt, applies to take the benefit of any law for the
        relief of bankrupt or insolvent debtors, compounds with his or her
        creditors or makes an assignment of his or her remuneration for their
        benefit;

   (b)  is absent, except on leave of absence granted under section 18, from 3
        consecutive meetings of the Board;

   (c)  fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with an obligation imposed
        by section 17; or

   (d)  becomes the President (by whatever name called) of the producers'
        organisation or the packers' organisation; the Minister shall
        terminate the member's appointment.
