Housing Loans Insurance Amendment Act 1985 No. 34 of 1985 - SECT 23
Transitional
23. A provision of a contract of insurance in effect immediately before the
commencement of section 11 in pursuance of section 24 of the Principal Act
continues in effect as if it had been made in pursuance of section 24 of the
Principal Act as substituted by section 11.
