Section 27

FORMAL AMENDMENTS

1. The following provisions of the Principal Act are amended by omitting any
number expressed in words that is used to identify a section of that Act and
substituting that number expressed in figures:-

Sections 4 (1) (definition of ''part-time member'') and 11 (2) (a) (i) and (c)
(i).

2. The following provisions of the Principal Act are amended by omitting the
words ''of this Act'' and ''to this Act'':-

Sections 4 (1) (definition of ''part-time member''), 11 (2) (a) (i) and (c)
(i) and 43 (2).

3. The Principal Act is further amended by omitting from sub-section (4) of
section 5 of that Act the words ''of this section''.
