HEALTH LEGISLATION (PHARMACEUTICAL BENEFITS) AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 119 of 1991 - SECT 9
Determination of special patient contribution in respect of certain drugs etc.
9. Section 85B of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(2) "referred to in section 99" (wherever occurring).
