HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 94 of 1986 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sub-section 4(1), sections 6,7,8,10 and 12, sub-section 14 (2) and
section 36 shall come into operation, or shall be deemed to have come into
operation, as the case requires, on 1 October 1986.

(2) Section 5, sub-sections 14 (3) and 17 (1) and sections 18,19,21,23 to 28
(inclusive), 30,32 and 35 shall come into operation on 1 November 1986.

(3) Sections 16,31 and 33 and sub-sections 38 (2), (3) and (4) shall come into
operation on 1 January 1987.

(4) Sub-sections 4 (2) and 17 (2) and sections 20, 22 and 29 shall come into
operation on such day as is, or on such respective days as are, fixed by
Proclamation.

(5) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on the day
on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
