HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1985 No. 167 of 1985 - SECT 7

7. Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following sub-section:

"(4) The terms and conditions of appointment, including remuneration and
allowances, of a person appointed under this section are such as are
determined -

   (a)  in the case of a person appointed under sub-section (1) - by the
Minister; or

   (b)  in the case of a person appointed under sub-section (3) - by the
Commission.".
