HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1985 No. 167 of 1985 - SECT 2

2. (1) Parts I and II, section 25, sub-section 26 (2) and sections 27, 37, 38,
42, 43, 55, 57, 65 to 70 (inclusive), 72, 73 and 74 shall come into operation
on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Section 28 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 February 1984.

(3) Section 30 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 5 September
1985.

(4) Sections 58 to 64 (inclusive) shall be deemed to have come into operation
on 1 May 1985.

(5) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on a day,
or on respective days, to be fixed by Proclamation.
