HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1985 No. 167 of 1985 - SECT 19

Application of money of Commission

19. Section 36 of the Principal Act is amended -
(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) "this section" and substituting
    "section 63E of the Audit Act 1901"; and


   (b)  by omitting sub-section (2).
