HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 75 of 1986 - SECT 59

59. Section 84 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting "wife" from sub-paragraph (a) (i) of the definition of

"dependant" in sub-section (1) and substituting "spouse";
(b) by omitting "wife or husband" from sub-paragraph (a) (ii) of that
definition and substituting "spouse";
(c) by omitting "wife or husband" from sub-sub-paragraph (a) (iii) (D) of
that definition and substituting "spouse"; and

   (d)  by omitting sub-sections (5) and (6).
