HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 75 of 1986 - SECT 29
Determination by Minister
29. Section 106 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(1) ", (2A) or (3)" and substituting "or (2A)".
