Health Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 54 of 1983 - SECT 59

59. Section 130 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in sub-sections (3), (6) and (7) ''or the General
Manager of the Commission'' after ''Permanent Head'' (wherever occurring); and

   (b)  by inserting in sub-section (5) '', by the Commission'' after
''the Commonwealth''.
