Health Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 54 of 1983 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1, 2 and 3, sub-sections 4 (1), 31 (1) and 32 (4), (5), (6),
(7) and (8), sections 39, 45, 64, 65, 66, 67, 70 to 82 (inclusive),
sub-section 83 (1), sections 85, 86, 87 and 88, sub-section 89 (2), sections
95 to 99 (inclusive), sub-sections 115 (1), 119 (1) and 120 (1) and sections
123, 124, 126, 128 and 129 shall come into operation on the day on which this
Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on 1
February 1984.

(3) The amendment made by sub-section 115 (1) shall be deemed to have taken
effect on 8 November 1982.
