Health Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 54 of 1983 - SECT 19
Medicare benefit not payable where compensation, &c., payable
19. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-sections
(1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) ''Commonwealth medical benefit'' (wherever
occurring) and substituting ''medicare benefit''.
