Health Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 54 of 1983 - SECT 136

136. The Governor-General may make regulations-

   (a)  prescribing all matters required or permitted by this Act to be
        prescribed; or

   (b)  making provision for and in relation to any matter arising from,
        consequential upon or otherwise connected with the operation of this
        Act.
