Health Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 54 of 1983 - SECT 129
Applications for review by Tribunal
129. Section 105AB of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end
thereof the following sub-section:
''(9) An application may be made to the Tribunal for review of a decision of
the Minister under paragraph 68A (b).''.
