HEALTH INSURANCE LEVY ASSESSMENT ACT (No. 2) 1976 No. 98 of 1976 - SECT 9

9. The amendments made by sections 3 and 4 apply to assessment in respect of
income of the year of income that commenced on 1 July 1976 and in respect of
income of all subsequent years of income.
