HEALTH INSURANCE (PATHOLOGY) (LICENCE FEE) ACT 1991 No. 192 of 1991 - SECT 7

7. The fee is payable, by the approved pathology authority that applied for
the grant of the licence, at any time after the Minister has informed the
authority that the grant of the licence has been approved.
