HEALTH INSURANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 41 of 1974 - SECT 8

8. (1) The Commission may, by resolution, delegate all or any of its powers
and functions (except this power of delegation) to any Commissioner and
delegate such of those powers and functions as relate to staff matters to a
member of the staff of the Commission.

(2) A power or function so delegated may be exercised or performed by the
delegate in accordance with the resolution.

(3) A delegation under this section is revocable by resolution of the
Commission and does not prevent the exercise of a power or the performance of
a function by the Commission.
