HEALTH INSURANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 41 of 1974 - SECT 6

6. (1) The Commission in carrying out its functions is subject to any
direction of the Minister with respect to a matter of policy.

(2) A direction received by the Commission under sub-section (1) shall be set
out in the report of the Commission under section 42 with respect to its
operations during the year in which the direction was received.
