HEALTH INSURANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 41 of 1974 - SECT 24

24. (1) For the purposes of sub-sections 4 (3A) and (4) of the Superannuation
Act 1922-1973, the General Manager shall be deemed to be required, by the
terms of his appointment, to give the whole of his time to the duties of his
office.

(2) For the purposes of sections 145 and 146 of the Superannuation Act
1922-1973, the General Manager shall be deemed to be employed by the
Commission.

(3) For the purposes of the Superannuation Act 1922-1973, the termination of
the appointment of the General Manager on the grounds of physical or mental
incapacity shall be deemed to be retirement on the ground of invalidity.
