HEALTH INSURANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 41 of 1974 - SECT 14
Decisions of Commission not to be questioned.
14. The validity of a decision of the Commission shall not be questioned in
any proceedings on the ground that the occasion for the appointment of a
person purporting to act in the place of, or in the vacant office of, a
Commissioner had not arisen or that the appointment had ceased to have effect.
