HEALTH INSURANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 41 of 1974 - SECT 11
Period of appointment.
11. A part-time Commissioner shall be appointed for such period, not exceeding
5 years, as the Governor-General specifies in the instrument of appointment,
and is eligible for re-appointment.
