Short title. 
HEALTH INSURANCE COMMISSION ACT 1973

No. 41 of 1974 An Act to constitute a Health Insurance Commission and for
purposes connected therewith.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, the Senate and the House of Representatives of
Australia, as follows:-

PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the Health Insurance Commission Act 1973.*
