HEALTH INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1991 No. 172 of 1991 - SECT 9

9. Section 124E of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection:

"(2A) Where a Chairperson receives a notice under section 124DA, the
Chairperson must establish a Medicare Participation Review Committee.";
(b) by inserting in subsection (5) "or 124DA" after "section 124D";

   (c)  by omitting from subsection (5) "(3) or" and substituting"(2A), (3)
        or".
