HEALTH INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1978 No. 133 of 1978 - SECT 44
Amendments of Health Insurance Amendment Act 1978
44. (1) Section 2 of the Health Insurance Amendment Act 1978 is amended by
omitting sub-section (3).
(2) Sections 7 and 9 of the Health Insurance Amendment Act 1978 are repealed.
