HEALTH INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1976 No. 101 of 1976 - SECT 9
Supplementary daily bed payments to private hospitals.
9. Section 34 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub- sections (5)
and (6) and substituting the following sub-section:-
''(5) For the purposes of sub-section (4), the day of admission and the day of
discharge or death of a hospital patient at a hospital shall be counted
together as one day.''.
